Description: |
DESCRIPTION: Serve on Energy Project deal teams with responsibility for directly assisting the deal team leader. Will assist the deal team leader on structuring, negotiating and executing mandated lead arranger transactions. Externally - will interface with borrowers, bank`s counsel, bank`s consultants and other lenders. Internally - will interface with own department as well as credit, syndications, capital markets and other departments on an as-needed basis. Will participate in writing credit applications and coordinating the work of analysts on the deal team. Will serve as bank point-of-contact on booked MLA deals as needed.
EXPERIENCE: Bachelor`s Degree - preferably in economics, finance, accounting or engineering. MBA a plus. Eight to ten years of professional work experience required for VP, five to eight required for AVP. Prefer prior experience in project, utility, energy or structured finance.
SKILLS: Ability to work effectively in a `deal team` environment.
Excellent analytical ability. Solid communication skills - verbal and written. Ability to meet deadlines - often on short notice. Limited domestic travel. |
