Description
seeking a talented relationship manager with an interest in Asian equities to join their equity team. . As a relationship manager, you will develop, oversee, and maximize the value of their relationships with cash equity sales teams at brokerage firms worldwide with a particular focus on firms covering Asian product in both live and dead markets.
The successful candidate will have 2-6 years of experience, preferably in equity sales or working with equity research. Familiarity with alpha capture platforms and Asian equities is beneficial, and the ability to read and speak Japanese at a level sufficient to manage business relationships is strongly preferred. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree from a top university, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. In addition to demonstrated equities experience, ideal candidates will exhibit a quantitative aptitude and understanding of behavioral finance. A self-directed work ethic is a must, as this role will entail working partial Asian market hours (approximately 1:30 PM - 11:30 PM four days/week).
